An Italian sparkling wine (spumante) known for its bright mother-of-pearl pink color, fresh taste, and complex fruity and floral notes. The sparkling wine originates from a blend of Glera and Raboso grapes grown in the Prosecco DOC area in the Province of Treviso, Italy. 

• Color and Appearance: Bright mother-of-pearl pink with a fine and persistent perlage (bubbles).
• Bouquet: Complex olfactory notes with floral hints of undergrowth and fruity hints of pear and white-fleshed peach.
• Taste: Fresh and slightly sapid (savory), it reproduces a complexity similar to its aroma on the palate.
• Serving Temperature: Best served chilled at 4-5 °C (39-41°F).
• Serving Suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif, and pairs well with a variety of dishes including cold cuts, raw fish (tartare and carpaccio), and light main courses of meat or baked fish.
• Unique Feature: The bottle features a constellation design and an LED light at the base, which can be activated by a switch to make the stars shine.
