SILK is a special pure rice wine brewed from Yamada Nishiki and Nishinomiya’s palace water. It has a silky and smooth texture. By polishing Koji rice to 65%, it has a silky, fine and smooth texture, and expresses the commitment of Shiraka using Miyamizu and 100% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo prefecture to dry sake. It is also characterized by the umami that spreads when you put it in your mouth and the sharpness that pulls it elegantly.
