Crafted by the legendary Takahashi Shuzo, this ultra-premium expression of Juyondai showcases the brewery’s mastery of balance, elegance, and rice character.

Brewed using Banshu Aiyama rice — often called the “diamond of sake rice”  this Junmai Daiginjo delivers remarkable depth and softness.

  • 45 → Rice polished down to 45%

  • Nakadori (中取り) → The prized middle cut of pressing, known for purity and balance

  • Jomorohaku (上諸白) → Both koji rice and kakemai polished to the same ratio for harmony and refinement
