Kitashizuku

This sake is brewed with Hokkaido Kitashizuku rice and Taisetsuzan snow water. Drinking with a citrus swelled scent, umami and richness is well balanced with acid, with a refreshing taste that does not get tired of drinking.
Pair well with Sanma shioyaki and tofu soup.
