IWC 2020 first trophy-winning sake. Using 100% Yamada Nishiki from Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture as the raw material rice, high gas pressure due to secondary fermentation in the same bottle as champagne. It is a transparent sparkling sake that has a clear feeling of yeast. It features an exotic and gorgeous aroma, a mellow and elegant taste, and fine foaming.
Tasting Notes
Nutty complexity, lovely creamy texture. Sweet fruit with lemon-fresh balance. Dry finish.
