A signature sake from the renowned Kokuryu Brewery, Icchorai Jungin is the new name of the long-loved “Jungin,” reintroduced in April 2025. Despite the new label, the elegant and balanced flavor remains unchanged.
“Icchorai” means “one’s best outfit” in the Fukui dialect—symbolizing something special. True to its name, this Junmai Ginjo is brewed with 55% polished Gohyakumangoku rice, delivering Kokuryu’s hallmark purity and craftsmanship.
