This is a Junmai nama sake made from freshly squeezed unpasteurised sake. By filtering the sake immediately after squeezing it without straining, the aroma and taste are preserved in the sake. Although it has a fresh taste, it is clear, clean, and easy to drink. The image on the label expresses memories of summer vacation in the style of a picture diary, and is inspired by the surface of a pond or river in the countryside.
