This is a unfiltered, unpasteurized and undiluted junmai sake. This sake is dry and has a rich and impactful taste. Bottled immediately after brewing that gives a strong umami that spreads throughout the palate quickly. Slight carbonated sensation that stimulas the tongue and throat as you enjoy it.
Rice: Gohyakumangoku and Koshiibuki.
